Consultation

I am committed to providing a safe, therapeutic environment for my clients. A confidentiality contract is agreed at the first session.

Sessions are usually weekly and last 50 minutes. They take place in my therapy room in Seaford - East Sussex.

My fee is £50 per session.

Our work together could be short term or long term depending on your needs and aims and the kind of work you decide to do.



Most people like to have one session first so that we can meet each other and decide if we want to work together. So please feel free to contact me by phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.

My work is regularly supervised. This is an important part of therapeutic practice, ensuring professional accountability, support and development.
